The development in a listed building together with the opening of a new street next to the city wall provide the opportunity to plan a system of free public and private spaces, creating a new access to this building of offices for public administration. In its interior, the building keeps it typological characteristics, developing the activity on distinct levels whilst dealing with different kinds of public, but is based around the covered patio of the old building.
