A master plan was drawn up for the whole site to be carried out in several phases, the objective of this bid being phase one: creating a long pedestrian boulevard which gives access to the various buildings namely the multipurpose pavilion, 2 soccer fields, archery, store rooms, an entrance control point, football changing rooms and the inside housing estate.
