The reestablishment of the competition bases proposed that all the tracks be oriented facing north and to regroup the covered spaces of the site into one. This should present a unitarian image of the building to the town and subdivide the areas towards the tracks according to their use. All the roofs overlap in the form of scales in order to create uniform illumination.
