The project includes the installation of a new athletics track and the substitution of natural turf with artificial turf on the football field. The locker rooms are to be refurbished and the facilities completed by an additional building connecting the offices, the stand and the locker rooms. The old roof stand had fissured so was reinforced. Tubular lighting towers in the corners of the playing field were designed and constructed.
